1. Surround yourself with love
Surround yourself with love and do the things you love whenever possible as we all need Love. If you live in alignment with your true values and find love in your life whenever you can then you will live a happier, more abundant, love-filled life.
2. Be Grateful
Be grateful for as much as you can in your life every day. To start find at least one thing to be grateful for daily. Finding gratitude in your life will start the flow of love.
3. Always have dreams
Dare to dream as dreaming gives us hope, makes us happy and fills our lives with love. Work towards your dreams, passions, long term goals and life purpose.
4. Show love and be kind
Show love and kindness to your friends, family and everyone you meet. A simple smile or a kind word is all it takes to change someoneโs life and make the world a better place. Never underestimate the power of kindness and love in your life.
5. Start giving
Give something from a place of love in your unique way every day. You will spread love to the world and see more love than you ever imagined show up in your life.
6. Go Within
If you want lasting happiness you must go within and work on your internal self. Be self-aware and work out what you need to work on to be the best version of you. It could be self love, fears, judgement, comparison, jealousy or just wanting more love. Everyone can work on self love and happiness even if you are bursting with love and happiness.

Look after yourself and make your health and happiness a priority if you want to live a love filled and happy life. Ask for help if you need it as there is help for everyone. Take time away from your busy life for YOU to breathe and be quiet. Try to connect back to the simple things in life and appreciate the beauty and love around you.
8. Spend time outdoors
Enjoy some time in nature to help you connect back to yourself and your loves. Getting outside whenever you can will improve your health and well-being.
9. Make the most of each day and have fun.
